Shipping Partners
Shipping & Delivery: We ship safely across Europe using tracked courier services. Within Bulgaria, we partner with Speedy and Econt. For orders across Europe, we use FedEx or Econt. Your journal ships within 1–2 days of order and arrives within 3 business days in Bulgaria, or 10 business days throughout Europe.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your journal leaves our local printing and binding studio.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return your unused journal, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your package in its original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items: Every cover is protected by engineered frames and carefully packed. If your package arrives damaged during transit, contact us immediately at hello@aromacover.com with a photo, and we will dispatch a replacement without delay.
To request a return, include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

What is a pre-order, and why should I order early?
You can contact us for placing a pre-order at hello@aromacover.com. Pre-ordering reserves your journal from our upcoming small-batch production run. Because our covers are crafted using real organic surfaces sourced from Organoid GmbH in Tyrol, Austria and hand-assembled with local bookbinding partners, we produce in limited quantities to maintain high quality. Pre-ordering guarantees your preferred botanical mood and size before batches sell out.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order before it ships?
Yes. If you need to update your shipping address, swap your size (e.g., from Pocket-size A6 to Standard A5), or change your botanical choice before dispatch, please contact us at our studio email as soon as possible.
Where are your journals manufactured?
Our journals are manufactured locally in Bulgaria. The natural surfaces we use for the covers are produced in Austria by Organoid GmbH.
Will the real flowers, hay, or herbs trigger seasonal allergies?
No. Organoid surfaces undergo laboratory testing and are certified anti-allergenic. Allergen detection tests confirmed zero allergenic emissions or active pollens in the finished material, making them completely safe for daily handling. The ecological binder used in the Organoid surfaces is organic and completely safe.
How long does the natural fragrance of the cover last?
The fragrance is permanently embedded within the dried organic botanicals themselves — not sprayed on with artificial perfumes. Organoid catalogue surface samples retain their subtle natural aroma even after more than two years. To keep the scent fresh, store your journal in a dry environment away from continuous direct sunlight.
What kind of paper is inside, and is it suitable for fountain pens?
Every journal includes a 100-page soft-ivory paper pad. The paper is smooth and luminous, specifically chosen to handle fountain pen ink, gel pens, and dip pens smoothly without feathering or bleed-through.
How does the refillable pad system work?
Our Standard A5 Workbook with Replaceable Paper Pad features a built-in frame system. When you reach the final page of your 100-page pad, simply slide the completed pad out of the protective frame and insert a fresh refill block. Your handcrafted botanical cover remains a permanent keepsake for years.
